Depending on the issue, Nordic Computer may provide remote assistance by telephone to the team to look for resolutions, or if the issue cannot be resolved, A Nordic Computer Field Technician, or an authorized service representative, will arrive on-site to perform hardware service maintenance.

If their Data Center components collapse, they need to have their hardware replaced and they need it to be fixed quickly. Our SPS (Spare Part service) covers spare part shipping. Many of our customers primarily opt for the full support service, where our representation spans across more than 40 countries globally.
