Upcoming NetApp EOSL Dates
Recently, NetApp has announced EOSL on models listed below. If some of the models are present in your data center you should consider your next step. EOSL (End of Service Life) means that the equipment will no longer be supported by NetApp. However, you have alternatives such as extending the life cycle of your equipment through a TPM provider (Third Party Maintenance). Below you can read more about the advantages of TPM.

Extend the Life Cycle of Your Data Center Hardware through Third Party Maintenance
Before you determine which route to take, you should consider a TPM partner (Third Party Maintenance) to maintain and support your data center hardware. TPM is hardware support for server, storage and network equipment. It is an alternative to traditional OEM warranty and post-warranty support.
TPM can help you prolong the use of data center hardware, when it is at the end of service life (EOSL). Data center hardware can function effectively for 7 to 10 years - and sometimes even longer. Therefore, buying new equipment when the existing one is at the EOSL has unnecessary financial (and environmental) costs.
At Nordic Computer we have more than 40 years of experience as a TPM partner, and we maintain and support data centers across Europe. If you have inquiries about TPM, we are ready to assist. E-mail us at sales@nordiccomputer.com or fill out the contact form below.
