Our Graduate Program

As part of our Business Development Manager Program, you will embark on a comprehensive 12-month journey (starting September 2023), engaging with colleagues across all departments and different markets, right from day one. 

We offer a close mentoring and coaching relationship, ensuring your smooth integration into our organization as an integral member of our team. 

The program serves as a springboard for your career development within Nordic Computer.

As a Graduate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate delivery of products and services to customers
  • Acting as a bridge of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Contributing significantly to the creation of targeted marketing campaigns
  • Playing a crucial role in generating new leads and acquiring customers
  • Building strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers
  • Understanding and addressing key customer needs and requirements

The Ideal Graduate

We are seeking a multilingual team player with a genuine passion for sales and customer care. You should be an open-minded individual who thrives on building connections with new people. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in sales, marketing management, commerce, or a related field

  • Strong skills in written and spoken English

  • Danish is not a must but an advantage as well as speaking two other foreign languages apart from English

  • Excellent multilingual skills, particularly in languages such as Czech, Slovak, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, or Portuguese

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also being capable of working independently.
